The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a highly respected bespoke jewellery business. This is a pivotal role for a commercially driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term customer relationships.
Working closely with the directors, you will play a key role in driving business growth, leading all new client enquiries from initial contact through to completion, while helping to shape the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all new sales enquiries, taking ownership of the complete client journey from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving individual and company sales targets.
- Consistently deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience that exceeds client expectations.
- Manage and qualify all incoming enquiries, following a structured sales process that protects margin while maximising conversion opportunities.
- Maintain a high enquiry-to-sale conversion rate.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the directors to continually improve the customer experience and overall sales journey.
- Provide valuable input into marketing initiatives, social media content and showroom merchandising to generate new enquiries.
- Oversee all associated administration and production coordination required to deliver each commission successfully.
- Collaborate with suppliers, designers, craftsmen and production partners to ensure every bespoke commission is delivered to the highest possible standard.
- Support the ongoing development of supplier and manufacturing relationships.
- Take responsibility for the security of the premises, valuable goods and colleagues during both opening and closing procedures.
- Contribute to wider business strategy and support the directors in identifying opportunities for continued growth.
About You
The successful candidate will be a confident, commercially minded sales professional with experience within luxury retail or bespoke luxury products.
