An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Professional to join the showroom of a prestigious luxury jewellery and watch company in the Manchester area.
This is a rare opportunity to represent some of the world's most desirable timepieces and jewellery collections while delivering an exceptional level of service to a discerning clientele. Working within an elegant luxury retail environment, you will build long-term relationships with clients, provide expert product advice and deliver a truly memorable customer experience.
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven individual with a genuine passion for luxury watches and jewellery. Whilst Rolex sales training is highly desirable, we would also welcome applications from candidates with experience selling luxury jewellery or other prestigious Swiss watch brands.
The Role
As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience whilst contributing to the continued success of the showroom.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an outstanding luxury client experience from initial enquiry through to after-sales support.
- Developing long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of luxury watches and jewellery.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Presenting luxury products with confidence, professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Supporting clients with product enquiries, special orders and bespoke requests.
- Maintaining the highest standards of showroom presentation and visual merchandising.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the showroom.
- Representing the company and its prestigious brand portfolio with professionalism at all times.
About You
The successful candidate will be passionate about luxury retail and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
You will possess:
- Previous experience selling luxury watches, fine jewellery or other luxury products.
- Rolex sales training is highly desirable, although candidates with luxury jewellery or high-end Swiss watch experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets within a luxury retail environment.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A confident, polished and professional manner.
- A genuine passion for luxury watches and fine jewellery.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach.
