An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Jewellery Sales Professional to join the showroom of a prestigious luxury jewellery and watch company in the Manchester area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an exceptional collection of fine jewellery, diamonds and luxury timepieces, delivering an outstanding level of service to a discerning clientele.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially driven individual who is passionate about luxury jewellery and takes pride in creating memorable client experiences. The Role
As a Jewellery Sales Professional, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience while helping to drive the continued success of the showroom.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a first-class client experience from initial consultation through to after-sales care.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Providing expert guidance on fine jewellery, diamonds and luxury watches.
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Assisting clients with bespoke commissions, special orders and gift purchases.
- Presenting luxury products with confidence, passion and professionalism.
- Maintaining the highest standards of showroom presentation and visual merchandising.
- Supporting showroom events, client appointments and promotional activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional service at every opportunity.
About You
The successful candidate will be passionate about luxury retail and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
You will possess:
- Previous experience selling luxury jewellery is highly desirable.
- We would also welcome applications from candidates with experience selling luxury watches or other premium luxury products.
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
- A successful sales background within a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A polished, confident and professional approach.
- A genuine passion for fine jewellery and luxury brands.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
