Jewellery Stylist Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious luxury jeweller in London to recruit an experienced Rolex Sales Professional.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected luxury retail businesses, representing the world's most recognised watch brand within a beautiful showroom environment.
We are seeking a passionate and commercially driven individual with a proven track record in luxury watch sales and exceptional client relationship skills.
The Role
As a Rolex Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience whilst developing long-term relationships with an established and discerning client base.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
- Advising customers on the Rolex collection and wider luxury watch portfolio.
- Managing enquiries, appointments and client follow-up activity.
- Working towards and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Developing new business opportunities through networking and client development.
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, professionalism and brand representation.
Requirements
- Previous experience selling Rolex watches is highly desirable.
- Experience within a luxury watch, jewellery or premium retail environment.
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for luxury watches and client service.
- Professional, polished and highly motivated approach.
