Companies engage the services of JewelleryStylist to fill vacancies within their organisation ("Client/Our Client/s").

To create an account/profile with Us, you are required to provide Your name, phone number, address, postcode, languages spoken, email address, current and desired employer, current and desired salary and UK right to work declaration. You will also be required to submit your CV/Resume to Your account and upload an image of Your choice.

JewelleryStylist use the data You provide to Us, when creating an account/profile and uploading a CV/resume, in order to match your requirements, skills, location and salary to vacancies we are recruiting for, on behalf of Our clients.

We will utilise Your email address and phone number as a method of contact between the You the Candidate and Jewellery Stylist Recruitment, the Agency.

We utilise the geographical location you provide us with, languages, salary expectations and desired job titles to find a match against Our vacancies to provide a service to You.

The data supplied to Us by you is private, visible only to You and employees of Jewellery Stylist Recruitment. Your data will only be shared to our clients, by Us, when you have given permission to do so and are aware of the company receiving Your details.

The data of our Candidates shared to Our clients, will be in the form of a CV/Resume and may include details such as a non-specific geographical location (to assess proximity or commute to the vacancy), languages spoken (if detrimental/beneficial to the vacancy) and salary expectations (to assess remuneration suitability).

We may be required to share with Our clients, Your email address or phone number (in order for online or telephone interviews to be undertaken) however, this will only be done with permission from You.

We may need to disclose to You, confidential information relating to the role You are applying for. If so, you may be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement, which We will keep for as long as necessary in relation to the recruitment process or for either legal or professional compliance.

We do not disclose to our clients, Your address or postcode unless required to do so. Such an instance would be when You accept an offer of employment with Our client (who will become Your employer). This is necessary so that You can be directly issued with an offer letter or contract of employment by Our client.

JewelleryStylist will only obtain information we deem necessary, to undertake the recruitment process for You; we do not collect information relating to age, religion or beliefs, unless disclosed by indirect means such as proof of right to work.

By creating an account/profile with Jewellery Stylist Recruitment, You agree to be notified by email, of new vacancies, via our mailshot. Should You no longer wish to receive these emails, You can choose to unsubscribe from the mailshot, by clicking the unsubscribe button in the email. However, You should be aware that You will no longer be alerted to new vacancies, should You choose to unsubscribe.

We use analytics from our mailshots to determine if our emails have been opened, deleted or clicked through to our website as well as country information. We can also track unsubscribe rates. JewelleryStylist will retain Your account/profile and data provided, for as long as Your account/profile remains open.

Data will be retained no matter how frequently/infrequently You utilise Your account/profile, until You choose to close Your account.

We will keep for as long as necessary, communications in relation to the recruitment process and a Candidate for either legal or professional compliance.

You have full access to your account/profile and may amend, delete or add data as You choose.

We may ask You to verify Your identity or ask for more information about Your request. Where we are legally permitted to do so, we may decline Your request, but we will explain why if we do decline.

If a company utilise the services of JewelleryStylist to recruit for vacancies, then We will collect data about our Clients, in order to undertake this process.
We will need to obtain information in order to communicate during the recruitment process, such as email addresses and phone numbers. These will not be shared with anyone other than JewelleryStylist employees, unless mutually agreed between Us and the Client.
We will need to obtain addresses and geographical locations of business premises either for face to face meetings with Us or for interview locations.
We may need to obtain information about an organisation (to assess Candidate suitability and role profile) or information relating to individuals within the organisation, which may be necessary to undertake the recruitment process and finding suitable candidates.
Our Clients may inform us of confidential information pertaining to the vacancy or company, this will remain confidential and not disclosed elsewhere unless the Client instructs us to do so e.g. for Candidate information to prepare for interview.
Should the information be highly confidential or particularly sensitive, Candidates will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement, Which we will keep for as long as necessary in relation to the recruitment process or for either legal or professional compliance.
We are able to keep the company name private for advertising purposes, however to ensure transparency with our Candidates, We must disclose to them who is in receipt of their data, before they agree to the submission, therefore the company name must be disclosed.
We may hold information relating to the introduction of Candidate profiles and job offers made to Our Candidates via email communication.
We will also need to obtain data for our finance teams for invoicing and terms.
