The Role
As a Jewellery Sales Professional, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for building meaningful relationships with clients and guiding them through important and often emotive purchases. You will deliver a personalised, high-touch service while consistently achieving strong sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing an exceptional, bespoke client experience at all times
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Confidently presenting and selling fine jewellery collections
- Understanding clients’ needs and guiding them through significant purchases
- Maximising sales opportunities while maintaining brand integrity
- Managing enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with professionalism
- Supporting visual standards and overall presentation of the showroom
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve boutique targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales (jewellery, watches, or similar high-end products preferred)
- A natural ability to build rapport and trust with discerning clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A consultative, service-led sales approach
- Commercially aware with a passion for luxury and fine craftsmanship
- Well presented, professional, and detail-oriented
