Description

We are currently recruiting for a Luxury Jewellery Sales Professional to join an established and highly respected independent jeweller within their beautiful showroom environment in the North West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for jewellery, luxury retail and client experience to join a close-knit and successful team representing an iconic name within the industry.

The business is looking for an engaging and personable individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and acting as an ambassador for the brand both within the showroom and at external events.

Previous jewellery experience would be advantageous, however the company is equally open to speaking with candidates from a strong luxury retail or premium customer service background who possess the right attitude, personality and enthusiasm for the industry.

THE ROLE

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience at every opportunity
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and develop repeat business
  • Assist clients with fine jewellery purchases and enquiries
  • Represent the brand professionally within the showroom and at events
  • Support networking and relationship-building opportunities within the local market
  • Maintain impeccable presentation standards within the showroom
  • Work closely with the wider team to achieve sales and service objectives

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for jewellery and luxury retail
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident, personable and professional manner
  • Comfortable attending events and networking on behalf of the business
  • Well-presented with strong relationship-building ability
  • Previous jewellery experience beneficial but not essential
  • Experience within luxury retail, hospitality or premium customer-facing environments considered
