The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Jewellery Sales Professional to represent a respected luxury house in Mayfair.
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to clients, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique when required.

Your role will combine sales excellence with operational awareness — managing stock, supporting a small team, and maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first introduction to post-sale follow-up
• Drive sales through product knowledge, relationship-building, and a consultative sales approach
• Assist in managing the daily operations of the boutique when required
• Oversee stock control, presentation, and merchandising of fine jewellery pieces
• Support and motivate a small in-store team to achieve shared goals
• Maintain the brand’s reputation through professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion

• Experienced in fine or luxury jewellery sales
• Confident and engaging with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong understanding of the luxury retail environment
