Retail Sales Consultant – Luxury Fine Jewellery

The Opportunity
An established and highly regarded luxury fine jewellery brand is seeking a polished and personable Retail Sales Consultant to join its flagship retail team in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a contemporary jewellery house known for exceptional craftsmanship, responsibly sourced materials, and designs that resonate with a modern, international clientele. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience while driving sales performance and upholding the brand’s visual and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
This role is varied and client-focused, with responsibilities including (but not limited to):
- Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, both in-store and remotely
- Delivering a consistently high standard of client service across face-to-face, online, and telephone interactions
- Proactively engaging clients, building long-term relationships, and driving sales
- Maintaining immaculate in-store and window visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
- Supporting the Retail Manager with day-to-day store operations
- Assisting with stock control, stock counts, and general inventory administration
- Representing the brand professionally at all times
- Supporting cross-functional teams where required (including merchandising and operations)
- Assisting at in-store events and private client appointments
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in luxury retail (essential)
- Fine jewellery experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident, engaging, and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
- Ability to work comfortably with stock systems and Excel
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Well-presented, reliable, and discreet
- Honest, transparent, and solutions-focused
- A good sense of humour and enthusiasm for the role
