Senior Sales & Client Development Consultant – Luxury Fine Jewellery
Full-time, store-based position with occasional weekend work on a rotaAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established luxury fine jewellery brand in a senior, client-focused capacity. This is a boutique-based role, combining high-level relationship management with active selling on the shop floor.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing and developing relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients, while proactively nurturing new high-value business opportunities. Alongside this, they will play a key role in maintaining exceptional in-store standards and delivering an outstanding luxury retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building, managing and expanding a portfolio of VIP and high-spend clients.
- Proactively identifying and nurturing new high-value business opportunities.
- Delivering a personalised, elevated client experience both in-store and remotely.
- Driving sales performance through relationship-led selling.
- Acting as a senior presence on the shop floor, leading by example.
- Supporting and attending exclusive client events.
- Maintaining impeccable visual and presentation standards within the boutique.
- Assisting with stock management and general store operations where required.
Profile:
- Proven experience within luxury jewellery retail (essential).
- Strong background in relationship management and high-value sales.
- Confident working with discerning, high-net-worth clientele.
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development.
- Impeccably presented with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, solutions-focused and highly professional.
- Comfortable working with stock systems and CRM tools.
- A team player with natural warmth and presence.
