About the Role

As a Jewellery Sales Professional, you’ll play a key part in delivering the brand’s exceptional client experience. You will:

• Build lasting relationships with clients and provide a personalised consultation service
• Confidently present fine jewellery and diamond pieces, guiding clients through bespoke and collection options
• Support the showroom team with day-to-day operations, visual presentation, and stock management
• Contribute to achieving personal and team sales targets while upholding the company’s luxury service standards

• Proven experience within luxury retail or fine jewellery sales
• A natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for fine jewellery and design
