First Line IT Support – Luxury Jewellery House

Our client is one of the most admired luxury jewellery houses in the world, renowned for its craftsmanship, heritage, and innovation.
They are now seeking a First Line IT Support professional to provide exceptional technical assistance to internal teams and ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations across the business.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically-minded and service-driven individual to become part of a high-performing luxury environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, ensuring that systems run efficiently and users receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for all IT issues, responding to staff queries in person, via email, and remotely
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems across multiple devices and systems
- Log, prioritise, and track incidents through to resolution
- Support Windows and macOS environments, and common business applications
- Assist with setting up new users, workstations, and mobile devices
- Liaise with external IT partners for escalated issues and system maintenance
- Maintain and update IT asset records and documentation
- Support the boutique and workshop teams with POS, Wi-Fi, and printing connectivity
- Ensure all IT processes align with the company’s data security and privacy standards
About You
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an IT support or service desk role
- Confident troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – calm, patient, and solution-focused
- Experience working in a luxury, retail, or creative environment is advantageous
- A proactive attitude, with pride in delivering a premium level of support
