Role Summary
This, customer-focused role operates within a state of the art service facility and is involved in the initial stages of quality control for all refinished watch cases. The role is required to follow standard operating procedures via the My Rolex World Service online system, using specifically designed tooling and bench equipment. Evaluating and introducing any requirements for chargeable, estimated components and the fitting of new seals and springs to ensure water-proofing and functionality of the case, are key elements of this role, and is vital in perpetuating the Rolex experience by providing outstanding customer service.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Completes assigned tasks of reassembling cases to a high level of quality.
Works to daily production and quality goals set within personal performance objectives.
Maintains a strict, personal working stock of case components.
Ensures that all standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
Maintains precision tools and equipment to a high standard
Handles routine work as part of the team and supports when required in other operational areas or departments.
Follows all health and safety guidelines and safety procedures when operating machinery.
Works within all standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Maintains high standards of workshop and workstation organisation and general housekeeping.

Essential
Minimum Secondary school education
Experience of working in a quality controlled environment
Demonstrable dexterity skills and hand/eye coordination
Familiar with following strict methods of work and standard operating procedures
Desirable
Experience in handling high grade product
Minimum grade C at GCSE level in Art and Craft Design and Technology or equivalent
