- We have an exciting vacancy with an ELITE Fine Jewellers in Londons famous department store Harrods.
This is one of the most exciting jewellers on the planet and one that most candidates would aspire to work for!
The key objective of this position is to reach and surpass the sales targets. The Sales Executive generates revenue for the company via the sales of Fine Jewellery and Watches while providing outstanding customer service to reflect the image as the most prestigious Rare Jewellery House in the World. Sales Executives are to build strong relationships with clients as well as creating networks with which to meet legitimate client leads and to reach prospects.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Sales
Provide the company experience to all clients.
Meet sales target in the first 12 months.
Develop potential clients through walk-in traffic.
Maintain and grow existing clients and introduce new clients; accurate data collection
for new CRM system.
Target new/specific jewellery/watch product to existing clientele.
Assist team in sales process where needed.
Regularly utilise all forms of communication to generate sales.
Development of Client Base
Continually update client base through all available resources.
Client entertainment: Seek out new methods of client development through social
contacts and marketing related events.
Establish strong relationships with Harrods Private & Personal Shopping Teams
Enter and maintain accurate information for client base data entry in to the
company’s CRM system.
Develop existing client base and reach new prospects.
Job Qualifications
Strong luxury retail jewellery and timepiece experience (4-5years)
Second language preferable
Graduate Gemmologist a plus
Foreign languages a plus
Strong Interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work as a team player
Basic computer literacy
Flexible to retail working hours
