We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Watch Manager to join a dedicated team and elevate the customer experience to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Drive sales to meet and exceed targets, implementing effective sales strategies and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives personalized, high-quality service, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable, motivated, and aligned with our brand values.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and displaying merchandise, ensuring optimal stock levels and presentation.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually stunning showroom that showcases our watches in the best light, implementing innovative merchandising techniques.
• Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining showroom standards.

Criteria:

• Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on luxury watches.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Knowledge of luxury watch brands and trends is highly desirable.
