Jewellery Stylist Recruitment are proud to be working with a prestigious luxury watch company in the search for an experienced Watch Sales Professional to join their boutique in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate luxury retail professional to work with some of the world’s most recognised and desirable watch brands within a high-performing and client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will be a polished and commercially driven sales professional with a genuine passion for luxury watches, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with discerning clientele.

The Role

As Watch Sales Professional, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury client experience whilst driving sales performance within the boutique.

You will be expected to develop strong product knowledge, build long-term client relationships, and represent the company to the highest possible standards at all times.

This position would suit someone who thrives within a luxury retail environment and enjoys working with premium product and high-value clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience at every opportunity
  • Drive sales performance and consistently achieve individual targets
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
  • Develop excellent product knowledge across luxury watch collections
  • Handle high-value transactions professionally and confidently
  • Proactively generate repeat business and client loyalty
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards within the boutique
  • Support with stock handling, merchandising, and daily operations
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and passion

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience within luxury watch or luxury retail sales
  • Passion for luxury watches and horology
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Well-presented, polished, and professional approach
  • Commercially driven with a strong sales mindset
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clientele would be advantageous
  • Professional, positive, and ambitious attitude
