The Role
As a key member of the watch department, you will:
- Represent Rolex in line with brand standards and authorised retailer guidelines
- Deliver a highly consultative experience to a discerning, often international clientele
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, driving repeat and referral business
- Manage client enquiries, waiting lists and allocations with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation standards
- Work closely with senior management to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, service and brand integrity

The Ideal Candidate
- Formally Rolex trained within an authorised retailer or boutique environment
- Strong understanding of Rolex collections, heritage and brand positioning
- Proven track record in luxury watch sales
- Experienced in working with high-net-worth clients
- Confident, articulate and relationship-driven
- Stable career history within luxury watches or fine jewellery
- Commercially motivated but service-focused
