The Job:-
- Engage with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service and personalised consultations to help clients find their perfect watch.
- Showcase Our Collection: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our exclusive timepieces and convey their unique features and benefits.
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong client relationships and closing sales effectively.
- Maintain Displays: Ensure the showroom and product displays are always pristine and inviting.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new releases, and brand information to maintain expert knowledge.
Criteria:-
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches or high-end jewellery.
- Customer-Centric: Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and a strong appreciation for fine craftsmanship.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
