We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Watch Sales Professional to join a luxury watch company based in Mayfair London. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for luxury timepieces, a keen understanding of the watch market, and exceptional sales skills. This role involves engaging with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service to drive sales and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and personable manner, providing expert advice and guidance on pre-owned watches.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle inquiries and follow-up with potential clients through various channels (in-person, phone, email, etc.).
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of luxury watch brands, models, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry news, market changes, and new product releases.
Criteria:
- Proven experience in luxury watch sales
- Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, models, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
