Position Overview:

As a Customer Care Advisor with watch experience, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients via telephone and email communication channels. Your knowledge in watches will allow you to assist customers with inquiries and provide guidance on maintenance and repair services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring that each customer interaction reflects the companies commitment to quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via telephone and email.

Provide accurate information and guidance on watch repair services, including estimates, timelines, and procedures.

Process repair requests, including initiating service orders, coordinating shipping logistics, and updating customers on the status of their repairs.

Collaborate with our watchmaking and repair team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repair requests, and service histories using our CRM system.

Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices in watch repair and customer service.
