- This is an exciting opportunity for an established Luxury Watch Sales Manager to join a high-end watch company with the potential for career advancement as the company grows.
The role is based in Oxfordshire, but the candidate must be flexible and able to travel to London as and when required (expenses paid). You must be a car owner / driver.
Job Description
Launch a range of luxury watches via retail and online channels
Drive sales by consulting with high-end customers to understand their requirements, whilst delivering exceptional customer service
Create business plans and sales strategies to maximise sales
Business development to drive the business forward
Grow and manage the Sales Team as the company grows
Contribute to the Company’s success and growth
Person specification
Passionate about watches with experience of working with leading luxury watch brands
Proven experience of both retail and online watch sales
Ability to recruit, manage and motivate luxury watch sales personnel
Open minded, innovative and proactive with the ability to think outside the box
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, organisation and presentation skills
Strong negotiator & problem solver, highly driven & self-motivated
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
