- Mission
To service and repair watches after successfully completing the internal training program.
A customer service driven individual who will achieve set business production and quality targets.
Will maintain and support published lead-times on partial services and exchange quartz full services and ensure quality is maintained by strictly adhering to of brand specific working instructions.
Key Challenges
Respect Brands instructions for watch interventions.
Carry out interventions on watches according to the Group standards and ensure perfect technical functioning of the product
Maintain of suitable professional relations with colleagues
Adapt to increase in volume
The ability to execute mandated tasks in a professional expeditious and professional manner
Requirements
5 GCSE at A-C including Maths and English
Good computer skills
A strong interest in mechanical and electronic wristwatches and how they work
Experience of attaining set targets within a service driven industry.
The experience of working with or assembly of small components to exacting standards
A self-motivated individual who is able to maintain strict quality criteria
