Our client, a luxury jewellers in the heart of Bermuda, is renowned for offering exquisite pieces of fine jewellery and luxury watches, exceptional customer service, and a luxurious shopping experience. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewellery Showroom Manager to lead the team and ensure all customers receive the best possible experience.
Position Summary:
The Jewellery Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the showroom's operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable, motivated, and delivering high standards of customer service.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Inventory and Merchandising:
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring the showroom is well-stocked with a diverse and attractive selection of jewellery.
- Oversee the receiving, pricing, and displaying of new merchandise.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the showroom and highlight key pieces.
This position offers a rewarding basic salary plus generous bonus and benefits.Operations Management:
- Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and security of the showroom.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analise sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
The company will offer a relocation allowance and assistance with obtaining the right Visa to work in Bermuda.
