The Role
As Boutique Manager, you will be the driving force behind the boutique’s performance, client experience, and team development. You will uphold the highest standards of luxury retail, ensuring every client receives an unforgettable experience aligned with the brand’s heritage and values.
Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
- Delivering an exceptional client journey and maintaining long-term relationships
- Overseeing day-to-day boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, CRM, and after-sales processes.
- Managing sales targets, KPIs, and commercial performance to achieve and exceed boutique goals.
- Coaching and developing team members through regular training, guidance, and performance reviews.
- Ensuring the boutique reflects brand standards in presentation, service delivery, and client engagement.
- Maintaining strict compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational excellence.

- Refined communication skills, professional presentation, and a warm, engaging manner.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing fast-paced luxury environments.
- A genuine passion for luxury watches and fine jewellery is highly desirable.
