The Role
As a High Jewellery Sales Professional, you will represent the brand at the highest level, delivering an uncompromising client experience while driving significant sales through personal networks, referrals, and long-term relationship building.
You will be responsible for cultivating and managing a private client base, welcoming local and international, and guiding them through extraordinary high jewellery collections with confidence, discretion, and authority.
Networking is absolutely essential to this role — both within Mayfair and beyond — as is the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships that translate into repeat business and private commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class, highly personalised client experience at all times
- Build, manage, and grow a loyal portfolio of UHNW and HNW clients
- Actively develop business through personal networking, referrals, and client introductions
- Confidently present and sell high jewellery and one-of-a-kind pieces
- Host private appointments, viewings, and client events as required
- Maintain detailed client records and follow-up strategies
- Work collaboratively with the wider team while leading by example on the sales floor
- Uphold the brand’s reputation, discretion, and service standards at all times

- Proven experience selling high jewellery within an elite luxury environment
- Demonstrable success working with UHNW / HNW clients
- Exceptional selling ability with a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Strong personal network and confidence in developing new business
- Impeccable presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commercially astute with a deep understanding of luxury client expectations
- Highly professional, discreet, and naturally polished
