We are working with a highly regarded luxury watch company based in the heart of Mayfair, who are seeking an experienced and polished Luxury Watch Sales Professional to join their boutique team.

The Role
As a Luxury Watch Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class service experience, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales performance within a refined boutique environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing an exceptional, personalised service to VIP and high-net-worth clients
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of luxury watches, complications, and brand heritage
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Managing client appointments, follow-ups, and aftersales support
- Achieving and exceeding individual and boutique sales targets
- Supporting stock management, visual standards, and boutique presentation
- Representing the brand with professionalism, discretion, and confidence at all times
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in luxury watch sales or high-end luxury retail
- Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, movements, and complications
- A confident, polished communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercially driven with a strong understanding of client development
- Highly professional, well presented, and service-focused
- Comfortable working with an international and VIP client base
- Fluent English essential; additional languages advantageous
