We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Rolex Showroom Manager to oversee the operation, performance, and customer experience of the Rolex department within a prestigious luxury jewellers. This is a senior position requiring exceptional leadership, product knowledge, and client relationship skills to ensure the Rolex boutique achieves the highest standards of service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Rolex sales team, ensuring excellence in client service.
- Provide training and ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and luxury hospitality.
Sales & Client Experience
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets in line with Rolex and company expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Oversee the delivery of a world-class in-store experience, ensuring brand values are
- consistently represented.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with Rolex standards, guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Manage stock levels, allocation, and merchandising in line with brand requirements.
- Monitor KPIs, sales reporting, and clienteling activity to ensure continuous improvement.
Brand Partnership
- Act as the key liaison between Rolex and the jewellers, ensuring communication and
- collaboration at all times.
- Represent the Rolex brand at events, launches, and networking opportunities.
- Uphold and promote the heritage and prestige of the Rolex name within the store.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven track record in luxury retail management, ideally within watches or fine jewellery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury watch market; Rolex experience essential.
- Exceptional client relationship and networking skills, with an existing portfolio of UHNW
- clients advantageous.
- Commercially astute with excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Impeccable presentation and a natural ambassador for luxury.
