Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a world-class client experience in line with the brand’s luxury standards

• Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIPs

• Drive sales performance and contribute to boutique targets

• Maintain expert knowledge of collections, gemstones, and bespoke pieces

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless aftercare and service

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven background in fine jewellery or luxury retail sales

• Strong clienteling skills and a natural ability to build trust with discerning clients

• Professional, polished, and confident in a high-end retail environment

• Excellent communication and product presentation skills

• GIA or Gem-A certification (desirable but not essential)
