Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the allocation of diamonds for repeatable stock lines and newly sold pieces
• Coordinate with the in-house workshop to ensure timely assignment of stone setting and repair work
• Manage and monitor inventory levels of both certified and melee diamonds using internal systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
• Maintain accurate records for returned and damaged stones
• Liaise with procurement teams regarding stone requirements for replenishment and bespoke orders
• Track stone usage and ensure alignment with designated budgets
• Work closely with the stock control team to maintain accurate diamond inventory records
• Conduct quality checks on finished pieces following stone setting
• Assist in selecting appropriate stones for both stock items and repair work when required
• Create and maintain production documentation to support workshop and stock processes
• Provide additional administrative support as required to ensure the smooth running of operations
