Stock Control Coordinator
Department: Product Operations

The Stock Control function plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and secure operation of a luxury business, ensuring that all stock procedures, controls, and audit requirements are consistently upheld.
As a Stock Control Coordinator, you will support the wider business through effective stock management, administrative coordination, and process oversight. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist team within a growing and fast-paced environment, working closely with multiple departments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management
- Manage and organise safes, ensuring accurate inventory control and secure storage at all times
- Coordinate day-to-day stock control operations across the business
- Monitor and manage stock movements, including preparation and allocation for boutiques, internal meetings, and external events or exhibitions
- Plan and coordinate stock inventories, investigations, and reconciliations when required
- Oversee and track stock in transit, ensuring timely and accurate receipt
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Escalate and communicate significant or high-value stock movements to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate secure transport and safe-transit practices in collaboration with key management teams
Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Ensure physical stock aligns accurately with system records
- Identify opportunities to challenge, improve, and streamline existing stock control processes
- Support the implementation of new procedures, working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Partner with IT and operational teams to improve system efficiency and reporting
Additional Responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement across stock control and operational workflows
Experience & Professional Competencies
- Proven background within the luxury goods or jewellery sector is essential
- Previous experience in a stock control, inventory, or operational coordination role is highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of office systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
- A genuine interest in fine jewellery and luxury operations
