This boutique offers an exclusive and personalised retail experience, with lower footfall during the week and increased activity at weekends. As such, the successful candidate must be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to utilise quiet periods effectively while delivering exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a world-class, consultative sales experience to all clients
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clientele
- Maximise personal and store targets through excellent service and product knowledge
- Maintain high visual standards and support daily operations
- Use quieter periods to generate business through CRM and outreach
