The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, confident using IT systems (especially photography and video equipment), and enthusiastic about continuous learning and development. We’re looking for someone who is:

Ecommerce Responsibilities:
Upload new stock to the company’s website and Etsy, ensuring all product listings are clear, accurate, and detailed.
Take high-quality photos and videos of products for online use and marketing purposes.
Add rich product descriptions to enhance SEO and provide comprehensive details for online shoppers.
Regularly review and audit online listings to keep the product range up to date.
Handle online sales from start to finish: liaise with customers, complete security checks, prepare and dispatch orders professionally.
Work to boost online traffic and sales through continual site improvements and proactive ideas.
Stock Control:
Support the stocking-in process for new products, including generating price tickets and ensuring items are stored or displayed correctly.
Create and update tickets for items as needed for both sales and reserved stock.
Sales & Customer Service:
Deliver excellent customer service to every visitor, with a focus on driving sales, repairs, and valuation bookings.
Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Help maintain attractive displays and keep cabinets and windows looking their best.
Remove items from window displays at the end of each day and store them securely.
General Duties:
Answer phone calls, handle customer enquiries, and direct calls where appropriate.
Maintain a tidy and secure environment within the store at all times.
Bring stock in from the safe each morning and secure it again at closing time.
Support colleagues when needed and work collaboratively as part of the wider team.
Keep shop areas and stock clean and well-presented at all times.
Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
Be prepared to work extra hours on occasion when required.
Maintain a smart appearance in line with the shop’s professional standards.
Help improve and streamline processes and systems to enhance shop performance.
