We have an exciting vacancy for a Sales Manager with a prestigious jewellery company based in Auckland, New Zealand.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, and leading a team of dedicated sales associates. You will ensure that the showroom meets its sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and store KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high value jewellery or watch retail sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for jewellery.
- Strong organisational skills
