We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Jewellery Sales Professional for a luxury jewellery company in London. The Jewellery Sales Professional will represent the company brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and expertise in the field of jewellery.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their preferences, style, and budget.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on gemstones, metals, craftsmanship, and jewellery care.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and offer personalised recommendations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build rapport for future sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about current jewellery trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
