Summary:-Managing the jewellery boutique and coordinating the sales team to achieve the company’s targets, goals and vision according to the company’s principles, policies and procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Sales and After Sales Service
Lead by Example as the Number 1 brand ambassador for the company and work with your team to provide all clients with an exceptional experience that is warm, welcoming, respectful and knowledgeable. Ensure all sales leads are pursued by regular meetings and follow ups with your sales team and adherence to company procedures. Ensure sales target and gross margin targets are met.
Training, Coaching and Mentoring
Develop a high performing team through training, coaching and mentoring. The company is renowned for its exceptional quality of design, gems, manufacture, boutiques and customer service. The business is only as good as the quality of its employees and specially its front-line retail team who represent the brand and assist the clients in making purchasing decisions.
Stock
Work with your team and stock controller to ensure you have the correct mix of stock and stock levels to achieve your sales and gross margin targets.Security
Protect the Company’s assets including stock, staff, data, IP and our most asset – our reputation.
Administration
Maintain and develop the company database, SWIM records and policies and procedures.
