- Description
- A jewellery administrator is required for a luxury jewellery company based in South London.
Duties
Liaising with a well known Department store liaising with the client’s buying team
Liaising with the client’s online admin team
Liaising with the client’s warehouse
Processing daily sales and sending out stock to stores
Fulfil online orders liaising with the Production department
Managing stock product SKU’s
Managing product imagery for online
Carrying out virtual stock checks
Dealing with daily email enquiries and phone enquiries
Sending out items by courier or postal system
Criteria
Strong time management and organisational ability
Excellent communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to manage workflow and priorities in a fast-moving environment
A flexible approach and a willingness to support Departments and teams outside of your core responsibilities
Previous experience in an administration role with jewellery knowledge (desirable)
Computer literacy including a good understanding of Microsoft office
This role is Monday to Friday, Head Office based and candidates from jewellery admin, and jewellery retail backgrounds would be desirable for this position.
