Business Administration Assistant/Personal Assistant

We have an exciting role for a PA/Administrator with a luxury watch company in London.

This is a hybrid role, working from home Monday to Friday, and the suitable candidate must be based in London.
 
The job specifications entail but are not limited to: 
Assisting with the daily operations and logistics which include:
 
Assisting with the production line of the watches
Invoicing
Preparing and tracking shipments 
Attending to the business and personal needs of two Directors 
Travel management 
Diary management 
Scheduling and reminding employees of tasks 
Handling all admin tasks relating to the daily operations of the brand 
Managing our inventory accessories and packaging 
Assisting with the logistics of watch collaborations 
Assisting on bespoke watch projects 
Occasional travel to deliver and receive watches 
Assisting with communication and management of global retailers 
Interacting with clients: 
Delivery of watches to clients 
Meetings with clients
First point of contact 
Content writing assistance and proofreading 
Event management and organisation
Gift and product ordering 
Social media content reviewing
Criteria:- 
High level of computer competence, particularly in Microsoft Office and G Suite/Google Workspace 
is efficient
is discrete 
is flexible
is self-motivated
very organised
is proactive
is a good communicator
is a multi-tasker
high level of English and etiquette needed in line with a luxury brand experience working in the luxury space
preferably has experience in the watch industry (desirable but not essential)
