This is a role reserved for a proven luxury sales professional operating at the highest level — someone who is trusted by discerning, ultra-high-net-worth clients and thrives in a discreet, relationship-led environment.

This position is suited to a jewellery sales professional at the top of their game, with impeccable standards, outstanding commercial awareness, and an established ability to generate and maintain high-value client relationships.

The Role

As a High Jewellery Sales Professional, you will represent the brand at the highest level, delivering an uncompromising client experience while driving significant sales through personal networks, referrals, and long-term relationship building.

You will be responsible for cultivating and managing a private client base, welcoming local and international, and guiding them through extraordinary high jewellery collections with confidence, discretion, and authority.

Networking is absolutely essential to this role — both within Mayfair and beyond — as is the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships that translate into repeat business and private commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world-class, highly personalised client experience at all times
  • Build, manage, and grow a loyal portfolio of UHNW and HNW clients
  • Actively develop business through personal networking, referrals, and client introductions
  • Confidently present and sell high jewellery and one-of-a-kind pieces
  • Host private appointments, viewings, and client events as required
  • Maintain detailed client records and follow-up strategies
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team while leading by example on the sales floor
  • Uphold the brand’s reputation, discretion, and service standards at all times

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience selling high jewellery within an elite luxury environment
  • Demonstrable success working with UHNW / HNW clients
  • Exceptional selling ability with a consultative, relationship-driven approach
  • Strong personal network and confidence in developing new business
  • Impeccable presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially astute with a deep understanding of luxury client expectations
  • Highly professional, discreet, and naturally polished
