Jewellery Stylist Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the world's most prestigious luxury jewellery companies in the search for a Franchise / Wholesale Account Manager to join their London headquarters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded luxury professional to join an internationally recognised brand, managing key franchise and wholesale partnerships across selected global territories.
The Role
Working within a fast-paced luxury environment, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial relationships with international retail partners, ensuring exceptional service levels whilst driving sales performance, profitability and brand excellence.
You will act as a key link between external partners and internal departments, overseeing the successful execution of orders, stock management, reporting, logistics and commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with selected franchise and wholesale partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key international accounts.
- Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyse sales trends, stock levels and market performance.
- Develop and implement strategic action plans to maximise results.
- Oversee order allocation, invoicing and logistics processes.
- Coordinate closely with merchandising, production, finance, logistics and marketing teams.
- Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting and cash flow visibility.
- Prepare and present collections during client meetings and exhibitions.
- Support showroom activities and maintain exceptional brand presentation standards.
- Deliver a best-in-class luxury client experience at every stage of the partnership.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within luxury jewellery, watches, fashion or a premium retail environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.
- Experience managing wholesale, franchise, key accounts or business partnerships.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments and projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- SAP experience would be advantageous.
- Jewellery industry knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.
