THE ROLE

As a Luxury Watch Sales Professional, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an outstanding and personalised client experience while representing some of the world’s most prestigious timepieces.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering an exceptional, high-touch customer experience at all times
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and repeat business
• Confidently guiding clients through luxury watch collections
• Maximising sales opportunities while maintaining brand values and integrity
• Managing enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups professionally
• Supporting the overall presentation and standards of the boutique

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales (watches, jewellery, or similar high-end products preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Naturally customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
• Commercially aware with the ability to drive and maximise sales
• A genuine passion for the watch industry and horology
• Professional, polished, and brand-conscious
