The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Watch Sales Professional to join a prestigious luxury watch company located on Bond Street, in the heart of Mayfair.
This is a client-facing role for a driven and polished sales professional who is passionate about fine timepieces and delivering an exceptional luxury experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, building long-term client relationships and contributing to the continued success of a flagship boutique in one of the world’s most renowned luxury retail destinations.
Position Purpose
To deliver outstanding sales performance through exceptional client service, expert product knowledge, and proactive client development. You will consistently represent the brand to the highest standards, ensuring every client interaction reflects the heritage, craftsmanship, and prestige of the watches you represent.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client journey at all times, both in-store and via telephone, WhatsApp, and email
- Build, manage, and develop a strong personal client base, nurturing long-term relationships and repeat business
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury watches and associated collections, supported by ongoing internal training
- Identify and maximise sales opportunities across all retail channels
- Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain immaculate personal presentation in line with luxury brand standards
Brand & Service Excellence
- Act as a true brand ambassador, representing the company’s values, heritage, and service philosophy
- Adapt service style to suit individual client needs, including high-net-worth and VIP clients
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback, implementing best practice to enhance performance
Operations & Compliance
- Accurately process all sales transactions in line with company procedures and compliance standards
- Maintain excellent standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock counts and adherence to stock management systems
- Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and ongoing brand development
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming boutique environment at all times
About You
- Experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within luxury watches or fine jewellery
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver a premium customer experience
- Confident, articulate, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercially aware, target-driven, and motivated by results
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French preferred) are highly advantageous
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
