- Job Overview:As a Watch Sales Professional, you will be responsible for facilitating the sales of Rolex timepieces. This role requires a passion for luxury watches, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and guide them through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.Key Responsibilities:•Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Rolex watches, including their history, craftsmanship, and technical specifications. Stay updated on new releases, limited editions, and relevant industry trends.•Sales and Customer Service: Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner to assess their needs and preferences. Provide personalised recommendations and guidance to assist clients in selecting the perfect Rolex timepiece. Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and foster repeat business.•Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture a client base through proactive outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building activities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and purchase history to tailor future recommendations and enhance the customer experience.•Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company. Demonstrate initiative and creativity in generating sales opportunities, such as hosting events, collaborating with other luxury retailers, and leveraging digital platforms.•Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, embodying its values of excellence, prestige, and innovation. Uphold the brand's image and reputation by delivering unparalleled service, adhering to brand guidelines, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.•Product Presentation: Ensure that timepieces are presented effectively and attractively in-store, adhering to visual merchandising standards and guidelines. Keep the display areas clean, organized, and well-maintained to enhance the overall shopping experience.Criteria:•Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales within the watch industry.•Deep passion for luxury watches, particularly Rolex, with a strong understanding of horology and craftsmanship.•Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.•Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.•High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential information and high-net-worth clients.•Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.•Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as point-of-sale systems and CRM software, is desirable.
