Description
An administrator is required for a luxury watch company in London.

A leading luxury services provider is seeking an office and administration assistant to join their busy Head Office in Central London.

The successful candidate will be articulate & be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will be able to work well on your own and also as part of a team.
You will ideally have had at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role and be able to show examples of how your organisational and time-management skills are going to help you excel within this role. Customer service experience is preferential but not mandatory. You will need to have experience with using basic email and have good grammar and email skills.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • General office paperwork 
  • Assisting different team leaders with day to day tasks
  • Answering telephones and assisting customers 
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and via online chat
  • Assisting customers who visit our Head Office
  • Processing and uploading of invoices
  • Assisting with our Managing Director's emails, telephone and diary
  • Liaising with our retail stores
