Assistant Manager required for a luxury watch company based in Canary Wharf London.
Job Responsibilities:
Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Display excellent customer service skills and a focus on ensuring each customer experience is nothing short of excellent
Booking in of watches
Discussing the process and all available options with clients
Build customer loyalty through active client development
Display excellent communication skills via both email and telephone.
Ensuring you are pro-active in keeping clients up to date during the repair process
Liaising with our main service centre and head office
General administration
Assist with maintaining appropriate stock levels and managing the concession floor
PERSONAL PROFILE
Ideally had at least 1 years experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English
Genuine interest and passion for customer care and customer satisfaction
Super customer service skills
Basic ability to use microsoft excel and very good email manner
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well on own and as part of a team
Knowledge of luxury watches (desirable)
This position is immediately available and the required training for the role will be provided.
