- Key role responsibilities include:
This role will focus on merchandising support for the UK business and Franchise partnerships world-wide.
Work with Merchandising Manager to analyse online trading by region
Ensure that omni-channel product assortment is updated daily to reflect out of stock web items and new products
Review and execute stock allocation for never out of stock web best sellers, proposing orders and replenishment
Oversee website product collection detail ensuring product specifics are up to date and collections are merchandised with commercial strategy in mind, taking into account sales and promotional activity
Create monthly web trading reports
Support Franchise team with all merchandise selection requested, confirming immediate stock availability
Create Franchise Sell In/Sell Out reports
Propose Franchise replenishment orders across categories reflecting sales trend and stock need
Support merchandising team with daily/weekly reporting, query and other administrative activities
Required competencies for this role include:
Excellent MS Office skills: advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word
An analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure with moving priorities to meet short deadlines
Good commercial sense
Excellent communicator and team player
Interest in Jewelry and some diamond knowledge is beneficial
