- Key role responsibilities include:
Intake management across all categories, partner with the Production team to ensure visibility and priority of goods in
Allocations across all regions to ensure optimal store stocks are maintained in line with promotional strategy / key trading periods, owning responsibility for best placement
Developing, improving and maintaining sales and stock reporting
Own regional range plans and work with markets to keep this updated
Weekly category analysis on baseline and new products
Weekly and monthly sales analysis: best/worst sellers, core product sales
Assist the wider team with weekly and seasonal global reporting
Manage best sellers stock position, proposing re-orders regularly, ensuring a never out of stock model is delivered
Required competencies for this role include:
Allocation experience with view to improving current ways of working
Understanding of diamond planning and allocation is an asset
Experienced and confident in merchandise and retail systems
Strong Fashion/Jewelry retail background within a merchandising department
Excellent MS Office skills: advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word
An analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure with moving priorities to meet short deadlines
Good commercial awareness
Excellent communicator and team player
