Role Overview:
We are seeking an a polished Junior Jewellery Sales Professional to join an amazing boutique team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, a proven background in luxury retail sales, and the ability to deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through to aftercare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Guide customers through the sales process, offering expert advice on product ranges, stones, and bespoke design options
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships, including follow-ups and personal touches
- Manage high-value transactions with accuracy and care
- Support showroom presentation, inventory, and daily operations
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery sales (desirable)
- Passion for jewellery
- Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
- Strong clienteling abilities with a track record of repeat business
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team in a boutique environment
- Flexible and professional approach, with excellent attention to detail
