Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and detail-oriented Repairs Coordinator to join a well-established, independent luxury jeweller based in Gloucestershire. This jewellery business is known for its commitment to exceptional customer service, exquisite jewellery, and prestigious timepieces.

The ideal candidate will have a background in jewellery and watch repairs, combined with a methodical approach, strong administrative skills, and a professional, client-focused manner.

What we’re looking for:

    • Proven experience in jewellery and/or watch repairs, ideally involving high-end brands
    • Knowledge of jewellery making, watch servicing, or a related discipline
    • Familiarity with repair management systems such as Pursuit (or similar platforms)
    • Excellent attention to detail and confident problem-solving abilities
    • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team
    • Outstanding communication skills and a professional approach to client care
    • A commitment to maintaining high standards in both service and operational processes

    Key responsibilities:

      • Coordinate and process jewellery and pearl repairs accurately and efficiently
      • Manage repairs for luxury watches, including detailed intake and follow-up
      • Use specialist software to track repair orders, manage stock movements, and update customer records
      • Assess items for repair, providing accurate quotations and timelines
      • Maintain a well-organised workspace in line with safety and quality standards
      • Communicate clearly with clients, updating them on progress and ensuring their satisfaction
      • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet repair deadlines and uphold service levels

      What’s on offer:

        • Competitive salary
        • Private medical insurance
        • Generous staff discounts on fine jewellery and watches
        • Opportunities for training and long-term career development
        • A respectful, supportive team environment within a trusted family-run business

This is a rare opportunity to join a refined and established luxury jeweller where your skills and attention to detail will be truly valued.
