We are seeking a passionate and experienced Watch Sales Professional to join a prestigious luxury watch brand in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-end timepieces, exceptional sales skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and personalised service to clients, ensuring an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client relationship management.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s product range, including limited editions and exclusive collections.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within the watch industry or jewellery industry
- Knowledge of luxury watches and the ability to convey their value to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for luxury products and a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
