We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewellery Sales Professional to join a luxury jewellers in Hatton Garden, London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires excellent customer service skills, an in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on product features, specifications, and care instructions.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewellery trends, designs, and collections.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.
• Ensure the showroom is always clean, organised, and visually appealing.

Criteria:

• Positive and enthusiastic sales manner
• Be able to work well in a small team within a friendly environment.
• Be articulate, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in jewellery sales (essential)
• A qualification such as Jet 1, Jet 2 (desirable)
